TCS IRA

 Hello DORAEMONS,

Welcome to my blogpost .in this post , I will be sharing the patter to INITIAL READLINESS ASSESSMENT(IRA) 2022 of TCS.IRA is a assessment taken before onboarding the candidate for their initial readiness and placements of project .IRA is also an incentive based exam incentive based exam in which you get paid for cracking the IRA exam

INCENTIVE :

IF the score range is between  0>score<54 --- NO INCENTIVE

IF the score range is between  55>score<80 --- RS 20,000

IF the score range is                 80<score --- RS 40,000

THE PATTERN FOR IRA:

There are two pattern ,TCS has provide two option in order to take the IRA exam and gives freedom to choose the language to code .The IRA exam majorly has 2 parts.(MCQ AND SBQ)

They provide 2 language to choose in IRA:

java

You can select either Java or Python for IRA. Attempting both streams will disqualify your attempt.

Please remember, any plagiarism in the IRA. There are powerful tools to detect plagiarism. On detection of plagiarized response submitted by participants, the score will be nullified, and that attempt will be discarded.

DO NOT COPY FROM EXTERNAL SOURCE AND EVEN IF FOUND THAT ATTEMPT WILL BE DISCARDED EVEN IF THE SCORE IS 80+.
